We kept sliding down the hill and I was stopping him before he landed in the large puddle featured in a few of the recent photos. He kept saying, "Don't stop me" and "What would happen if you let me go?" I didn't think it was a good idea at first, but I thought, well... It's the last run... He's already wet. It'll be like a log flume ride or something... So I said, he could try it if he wanted. He seemed suprised, but quickly fell in love with the idea. The ski sled goes pretty fast, so I only had time to run down the hill and snap this right before he splashed down into the puddle. You can see he's not so sure before splashdown. After splashdown he thought it was funny. So I helped him out of the puddle, and dumped out his boots. We started up the hill, and that when the cold really started hitting him. He started crying and wailing, he was actually saying "WAHHH" over and over. I picked him up and ran him into the house to get changed and warmed up. On hindsight I guess it was not a good idea... My biggest regret is not saving the shot for the splashdown. :) what happened ? I just went to the Rosarium in my town. It was actually closed, well the gates were closed, but there is one path which has no gate, so I figured this meant it was open (for me). I took about 20 pictures, and I have no idea what happened, but I like every single one of them.
